2. Product Customization

2.1 Customers are responsible for uploading accurate and high-resolution images or designs for their orders.

2.2 InkMyPixel reserves the right to reject any designs containing prohibited content, including but not limited to offensive, discriminatory, or copyrighted material.

2.3 Colors may vary slightly due to differences in screen displays and printing processes. Customers accept this variation as part of the customization process.

3. Order Placement and Payment

3.1 All orders must be placed through our official website or Instagram Direct Message only (@inkmypixel).

3.2 Payment is required in full at the time of order placement. Accepted payment methods are listed on our checkout page.

3.3 Orders cannot be modified or canceled once they have been processed.

4. Shipping and Delivery

4.1 InkMyPixel ships orders to the address provided by the customer during checkout. Please ensure accuracy. 

4.2 Shipping timelines are estimates and may vary due to external factors such as courier delays or unforeseen events.

4.3 Customers are responsible for any customs duties or taxes applicable in their region.

5. Returns, Refunds, and Replacements

5.1 Due to the customized nature of our products, returns or refunds are not accepted unless the product is defective or incorrect.

5.2 In case of a defect or error, customers must notify InkMyPixel within 7 days of receiving the order with photographic evidence.

5.3 Approved replacements will be processed and shipped at no additional cost.

6. Intellectual Property

6.1 Customers retain ownership of their uploaded designs. By submitting designs, you grant InkMyPixel a license to print and produce the requested products.

6.2 InkMyPixel owns all content, branding, and design assets on the website. Unauthorized use or reproduction is prohibited.

7. Limitation of Liability

7.1 InkMyPixel is not responsible for errors in designs submitted by customers, including but not limited to spelling mistakes, low-resolution images, or formatting issues.

7.2 In no event shall InkMyPixel be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our services.

9. Governing Law
